I hold within my heart the heart-warming stories told by my father of his parents journey into the United States from Mexico. Their journey began in the early 1900's when Papa Che and Mama Covita made the decision to cross the border, alone and unmarried, to begin their new chapter in life to prosper aqnd build a foundation for their future family.
